Employee Share Ownership Plan acquired ordinary shares at a price of £14.85 per
share for the beneficial ownership of the following directors and persons
discharging managerial responsibility:

Mr R W Side:             8 shares

Mr M D Barton: (PDMR)    9 shares

Following these transactions their holdings were:
