DIRECTOR(R)/PDMR SHARE TRANSACTIONS
Kier Group plc announces that on 5 December 2006 the following (and persons
connected to them, where applicable) were allotted new ordinary shares at a
price of 1827.8p per share instead of cash in respect of the final dividend for
the year ended 30 June 2006:
Mr I M Lawson: 49 shares (44 shares self; 5 shares spouse)
Miss D E Mattar: 734 shares
Mr M P Sheffield: 208 shares (56 shares self; 152 shares spouse)
Mr R W Side: 57 shares (Family trust: Non-beneficial interest)
Mr P T Warry: 75 shares
Mr P J Staniland:
(PDMR) 528 shares (28 shares self; 500 shares spouse)
Following these transactions their total shareholdings were:
Mr I M Lawson: 6,308 shares 0.018% of the issued share capital
Miss D E Mattar: 77,364 shares 0.216% of the issued share capital
Mr M P Sheffield: 21,687 shares 0.060% of the issued share capital
Mr R W Side: 173,168 shares 0.482% of the issued share capital
Mr P T Warry: 7,812 shares 0.022% of the issued share capital
Mr P J Staniland 53,463 shares 0.149% of the issued share capital
