All Employee Share Ownership Plan invested dividends by acquiring ordinary
shares at a price of £12.29 per share for the beneficial ownership of the
following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility:

Mr I M Lawson:               12 shares
Miss D E Mattar:             12 shares
Mr R W Side:                  9 shares
Mr P J Staniland: (PDMR)     12 shares

Following these transactions their holdings were:
