purchased 420 shares at £23.8964 per share in the name of his spouse Mrs C
White, representing 0.0011% of the current issued share capital.

Mr White's total holding in the Company is now 1,540 shares, representing
0.00422% of the current issued share capital.

The total number of ordinary shares of 1p in issue as at the date of this notice
is 36,467,801 shares, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The total
number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 36,467,801.

There are no shares held in Treasury.
