All Employee Share Ownership Plan acquired ordinary shares at a price of 550p
for the beneficial ownership of the following:

Mr M P W Scarth - 23 shares

Miss D E Mattar - 23 shares

Following these transactions their beneficial holdings were:

Mr Busby - 601,694 shares (1.8% of the issued share capital)

Mr Dodds - 549,954 shares (1.6% of the issued share capital)

Mr Scarth - 407,977 shares (1.2% of the issued share capital)
