Employee Share Ownership Plan acquired ordinary shares at a price of 553p for
the beneficial ownership of the following:

Mr C R W Busby        -   22 shares
Mr J Dodds            -   22 shares
Miss D E Mattar       -   22 shares
Mr R W Side           -   23 shares

Following these transactions their beneficial holdings were:

Mr Busby              -        605,578 shares (1.7% of the issued share capital)
Mr  Dodds             -       566,465 shares (1.6% of the issued share capital)
Miss Mattar           -         29,179 shares (0.1% of the issued share capital)
