Employee Share Ownership Plan invested dividends by acquiring ordinary shares at
a price of 852p per share for the beneficial ownership of the following:

Mr J Dodds:         7 shares
Miss D E Mattar:    7 shares
Mr R W Side:        5 shares

Following these transactions their holdings were:

Mr J Dodds:         576,552 shares (1.62% of the issued share capital)
Miss D E Mattar:     57,932 shares (0.16% of the issued share capital)
Mr R W Side:        169,392 shares (0.47% of the issued share capital)
