Kier Group plc announces that the interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2013 of 21.5 pence per share referred to in its announcement on 28 February 2013 will be paid on 17 May 2013 to shareholders on the register of members at close of business on 8 March 2013. 

The ex-dividend date will be 6 March 2013 and a scrip dividend alternative will be offered.

CREST participants will only be able to elect to take the scrip dividend alternative via CREST.
