Completion of Share Repurchase Programme

Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") confirms that the programme announced on 21 November 2018 to purchase Kingfisher shares for cancellation has now completed.

Goldman Sachs International, who undertook the programme on Kingfisher's behalf, purchased 21,201,167 shares for a total consideration of £50m.  

As a result, Kingfisher has now completed the £600m capital return programme announced at the Capital Markets Day in January 2016.
