DIRECTORS' INTERESTS
Kingfisher plc ('the Company') today announces that the second awards under the
Performance Share Plan approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on
24 May 2006 have been granted (as nil cost options). In accordance with the
Performance Share Plan rules, the awards were granted on 24 October 2006 using
the mid-market closing price of £2.555 on 23 October 2006.
The awards are as follows:

Ian Cheshire 107,632
The Company was notified by the directors on 24 October 2006.
Including the above award, the total interest in options of the Company of each
director named above, assuming all multipliers vest, is as follows:
