On 26 March 2010, Kingfisher plc ("the Company") was notified that the following Director and PDMRs of the Company, exercised nil-cost options awarded under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme (KISS) and Performance Share Plan (PSP) over ordinary shares of 15⁵/₇p in the Company, and sold a proportion of the shares exercised at a sale price of 225.01 pence per share in order to meet tax liabilities, as further detailed below.
