On 26 May 2016, the Company was notified that Véronique Laury, Chief Executive Officer, (a 'PDMR') exercised nil cost awards over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme (the 'KISS') and the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP'). The following transactions occurred on 26 May 2016, with the Shares sold at a price of 370.1131 pence per Share.
