Kingfisher plc became aware on 27 November 2000 that certain Directors of
Kingfisher plc, whose names are set out below, technically became interested on
that date in 20,194 Kingfisher plc ordinary shares of 12.5p each by virtue of
the QUEST being allotted the shares and the Directors being potential
beneficiaries under the QUEST.
Kingfisher plc also became aware on 27 November 2000 that each of the
below-named Directors of Kingfisher plc technically ceased to be interested on
that date in 20,194 Kingfisher plc ordinary shares of 12.5p each by virtue of
the QUEST transferring the shares to employees.
Note: For Companies Act purposes, certain Directors of Kingfisher plc,
whose names are set out below, together with all employees of
the Company, are deemed to have a technical interest in the
shares held in Kingfisher's QUEST. The interest ceases when
shares are transferred to individuals who exercise their
employee ShareSave scheme options.
