ThinkNatural Moves Into The Major League With Kingfisher plc

Investment from Kingfisher plc and an alliance with Superdrug cement
ThinkNatural's 'clicks and mortar' strategy.

22nd  March  2000 - ThinkNatural, Europe's leading online retailer of  natural
health  products, today announced that Kingfisher plc is to invest £3  million
for  a  minority  stake  as  part  of  its latest  round  of  equity  funding.
Kingfisher plc owns Superdrug, Woolworths, B&Q and Comet in the UK, Darty  and
Castorama  in  France,  and has retail operations in 15 countries.  Kingfisher
also  owns  a  38%  stake  in LibertySurf, the leading free  Internet  service
provider in France.

As  part  of  the  deal, ThinkNatural will gain high street promotion  through
Superdrug's 704 UK stores, and access to the supply chain and buying power  of
the health and beauty giant.

'The  link  with  Superdrug fits perfectly with our  strategy  of  moving  the
business beyond being a pure dotcom.' said Carol Dukes, CEO and co-founder  of
ThinkNatural.   'We  had already started down this route  with  a  mail  order
catalogue  due to launch next month.  Superdrug's high street distribution  of
the ThinkNatural catalogue and our own label products will propel ThinkNatural
from  its  market leading position on the Internet to being a major player  in
the natural healthcare sector both online and offline.'


ThinkNatural.com was launched last year by Carol Dukes and Emma Crowe with
venture capital backing led by Amadeus Capital Partners.  It is Europe's first
online  retailer  of  natural health products, offering thousands  of  product
lines  and  a  huge  information resource covering vitamins, minerals,  herbal
supplements, homeopathy and aromatherapy.
