                         Kingfisher plc - Notice of Results


As indicated at the preliminary results meeting on 17 March 2005, Kingfisher has
reviewed the timing of its first quarter reporting date, and will now report
trading results for the first quarter ending 30 April 2005 on 26 May 2005.

On the same day, Kingfisher will host a conference call for analysts and
investors, details of which will be available on www.kingfisher.com in due
course.

The Annual General Meeting will still be held on 27 May 2005.
