Kingspan Group Plc ('Kingspan') announces the following statement from the Group
Chairman, Eugene Murtagh which will be read at today's Annual General Meeting:
'The Board is pleased to report that year-to-date performance throughout the
Group has been strong. In general, the Group's core markets are quite robust
and are anticipated to remain so for the foreseeable future.
Against this backdrop, the Board is confident that operating profit and earnings
per share will be well ahead of 2005, and barring unexpected circumstances,
should exceed current market expectations for the year as a whole.'
