                           BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION


Application is being made to the UKLA, Irish Stock Exchange and London Stock
Exchange for a total of 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 13 euro cents each ('shares')
to be admitted to the Official List.


It is expected that admission will be granted on 10 March 2008 and trading will
commence on 11March 2008.


These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following scheme:

The Kingspan Group plc 2001 Second Tier Share Option Plan              300,000


When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares.
