                           BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION



Application is being made to the UKLA, Irish Stock Exchange and London Stock
Exchange for a total of 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 13 euro cents each 
('shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 21st May 2007 and trading will
commence on 22nd May 2007.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following scheme:

The Kingspan Group plc 1998 Share Option Scheme                3,000,000



When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares.
