                               Kingspan Group plc

Kingspan Group plc have applied to the UKLA, Irish Stock Exchange and the London
Stock Exchange to block list 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 13 euro cents each.
Upon issuance these shares will be admitted to the official list and traded on
the London and Irish Stock Exchanges.

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
