Further to our announcement dated 14th July advising of our application to the
UKLA, Irish Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange to blocklist 2,000,000
ordinary shares of 13 euro cents each, the Company confirms that the shares will
be issued pursuant to the Kingspan Share Option Scheme.
