Resignation of Mr Pat Molloy

Kingspan Group plc ('Kingspan') announces that Mr Pat Molloy will be resigning
as a Director of the Company following Kingspan's Annual General Meeting to be
held on 25th May 2000.  As recently announced, Mr Molloy will shortly take up
the position of Chairman of CRH plc and resigns from Kingspan to ensure that
no possible conflict of interest could arise.
