                    Completion of Century Homes acquisition


Further to its announcement of the 14 March 2005, Kingspan, the Irish based
building materials group, is pleased to announce that it completed the
acquisition of Century Homes today.

Completion follows receipt of clearance from the Irish Competition Authority and
receipt of third party consents.
