Director Appointment

The Board of Kingspan Group plc is pleased to announce the co-option of Mr.
Brendan Murtagh to the Board as an Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Brendan Murtagh is Head of Corporate Development and has been with the
Group for 28 years.  He was an Executive Director of Kingspan until he
resigned from the Board in December 1998.
