The Company has today been informed that the Chairman, Eugene Murtagh, disposed
of 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the 28th September 2005.
Following this disposal, Mr. Murtagh continues to hold 35,000,000 shares in the
Company representing 20.81% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr. Murtagh
informed the Company that he has no present intention to further reduce his
shareholding.

The Notification of Transactions of Directors/PDMR issued today in respect of
Eugene Murtagh in accordance with DR 3.1.4R is made in respect of this
transaction.
