                        Resignation of Dr. Rory O'Hanlon


Kingspan Group plc ('Kingspan') regret to announce that following his recent
appointment as Ceann Comhairle of Dail Eireann, Dr. Rory O'Hanlon has resigned
as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Kingspan are sorry to loose Dr. O'Hanlon from the Board and wish him every
success in the future.
