Board Appointment at Kingspan


The Chairman and Chief Executive of Kingspan Group plc, Mr Eugene Murtagh, has
today announced the appointment of Mr Peter Wilson (46) as an Executive Director
of the Company.


Mr Wilson is Managing Director of Kingspan Installation Limited, based at
Pembridge, Herefordshire. He has been with the Group for 22 years and was
previously Sales and Marketing Director of the Insulation Division.


He has not held any directorships in any publicly quoted company at any time in
the past five years and there are no disclosures to be made pursuant to Section
6.F.2(b) to (g) of the Listing Rules.
