Kingspan today announces the following changes to the Board:

Robert Barr, currently Chief Operating Officer and an executive Director of the
Board has announced that he is resigning from the Group in order to participate
in a private equity syndicate investing in a UK business in another industrial
sector, unrelated to Kingspan.  The resignation will take effect on 31st
October, 2003.

The Board also announces that Danny Kitchen has resigned as a non executive
Director of the Group with immediate effect, due to increased overseas business
commitments.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Robert and Danny for
their significant contributions to the development of the Group and wish them
well for the future.
