The Board of Kingspan Group Plc announces the retirement from the Board of Mr. Brendan Murtagh with effect from the completion of today's Annual General Meeting.  In paying tribute to Mr Brendan Murtagh, the Chairman thanked him for his tremendous contribution to the Group during the past 37 years.
