Senior management changes

Kingspan Group Plc is pleased to announce that Mr Geoff Doherty will be joining the Group as Chief Financial Officer designate next year.  Mr Doherty will join the Board as an executive director when taking up his new role on 1 January 2011, and will succeed Mr Dermot Mulvihill as Chief Financial Officer following Mr Mulvihill's planned retirement later in the year.

Mr Doherty (39) is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Greencore Group Plc, having joined that company in 2001 as Group Financial Controller and then been appointed to its board in 2005. Prior to joining Greencore, Mr Doherty was Group Financial Controller of IWP International Plc, having previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO Simpson Xavier accountants in Dublin.
