New Executive Directors on Board

The Board of Kingspan Group plc is pleased to announce the co-option of Mr.
Robert Barr and Mr. Gene Murtagh Jnr. to the Board as Executive Directors of
the Company.

Robert Barr is joining the Group as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created
position.  He joins Kingspan from Bespak plc where he was Managing Director
Europe, and a member of the PLC board, based in the UK.

Gene Murtagh Jnr. has been Managing Director of the Group's Environmental
Containers businesses since November 1997.  Prior to that, he spent two years
as General Manager for the Insulation Division's Irish operations and also
spent two years in sales and marketing in Kingspan's operations in the
Netherlands and Germany.
