Re:       AGM - Change of date


The date of the Kingspan 2003 Annual General Meeting has been changed to Friday,
30 May 2003 at 11.00am at the Shelbourne Hotel, St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2.
The board also proposes that all of the business of the Extraordinary General
Meeting will take place on the same day, 30 May, having been adjourned on 22 May
2003.


We have sent copies of the following documents to the UK Listing Authority:

• The Annual Report for 2003

• A covering letter regarding the change in the date of the Annual
  General Meeting

• Notice of the Annual General Meeting

• Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting

• Proxy forms for both meetings


These documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
