Kingspan Group Plc ('Kingspan' or the 'Company'), a major manufacturer of an
integrated range of products for the construction industry, will be announcing
preliminary results for the 12 months ending 31 December 2004 on Tuesday 8 March
2005.

An analyst conference call will be held at 8.30am GMT on Tuesday 8 March 2005 to
