Update Re Arbitration Award in Favour of Kingspan Group PLC

Further to announcement on 5th November 2003, Kingspan Group plc is pleased to
announce that it has received a judgment from the US District Court, Middle
District of Pennsylvania, against Daniel R. Baker and other sellers of Tate
Access Floors in the amount of US$40,714,350, plus interest of $2,241 accruing
on a daily basis from 14th July 2004. This judgement has been further appealed
to the US Third Circuit Court and a Bond in the full judgment amount plus
interest will be provided by the Appellant.
