We would like to notify the market of the following change to the capital of the Company as at 30 June 2021:

 

The Company's issued share capital consists of 183,591,682 ordinary shares.  The Company holds 2,384,219   ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 181,207,463 .

 

The above figure 181,207,463 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kingspan Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
