Re: Trading Statement
Kingspan today issued an update on trading for the half-year ending 30th June
2002, in advance of its closed period.
The results for the 6 months to 30 June 2002 are expected to be in line with
market estimates.
The Company is not aware of any reason for the recent volatility in its share
price.
While the company cannot buyback its shares in the current close period, should
the share price weakness continue, the Directors would expect to buyback shares
on behalf of the company as soon as permitted.
The results for the 6 months to 30 June 2002 will to be announced on 10
September 2002.
This announcement has been issued through the Companies Announcement Service of
the Irish Stock Exchange.
