Result of AGM and Change of Name
European Wealth Group, the integrated wealth management group (now rebranded KW Wealth), announces that at the Company's AGM held today at 11 am all the resolutions were passed.
As a result of the approval of Special Resolution 11, from 5 September 2018 shares of the Company will trade under the new name Kingswood Holdings Limited and the TIDM 'KWG'. The Company confirms that there is no change to the Company's ISIN: GG00BKY4K072.
