Bilby Plc (AIM: BILB), a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider, announces that the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 (2020 Annual Report) has been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders today.

The 2020 Annual Report can be viewed on the Company's website at www.bilbyplc.com

The Group will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 14 September 2020 at 10.30am at the offices of One Advisory 3-7 Temple Chambers, Temple Avenue, London EC4Y 0DT, and the Notice of AGM is included in the 2020 Annual Report.
