       (Correction) Announcement of tender offering to PEOPLE CO., LTD.



We planned an announcement on our future business strategy following the
acquisition and consolidation of PEOPLE, on March 1, 2001, but we would like
to postpone the announcement.

Accordingly, we would like to correct  Announcement of tender offering to
PEOPLE CO.,LTD  released on February 20, 2001, as follows;

6. After the TOB, KONAMI CORPORATION will participate in the management of
PEOPLE by sending its directors and employees to the company.

There is no change in the consolidated financial result for this fiscal year.

Following the acquisition and consolidation of PEOPLE, we plan an announcement
on our future business strategy but the announcement date is yet to be
decided.
