           Renewal of the Members of Management Advisory Committee



KONAMI CORPORATION will renew the members of Management Advisory Committee as
of June 21st to further strengthen corporate governance.

Renewal of the Members of Management Advisory Committee



We have established 'Management Advisory Committee' last December as a part of
reinforcement means of corporate governance to promote more transparent and
appropriate management. Various comments and proposals made by
well-experienced members from different industries were reflected upon
management of the company.



In line with the start of new management team after the 29th Ordinary
Shareholders' Meeting on June 21, 2001, we announce the new members of
Management Advisory Committee.
