May 9, 2001 the Board of Directors of KCEO Inc, our subsidiary, resolved to
change its company name and ask for the approval at the Shareholders' Meeting on
June 27, 2001.

                     Change of Company Name

May 9, 2001, the Board of Directors of the company resolved to change its
company name to Konami Computer Entertainment Osaka, Inc and ask for the
approval at the Shareholders' Meeting on June 27, 2001.  The details are as
follows:

1. Company Name after change
   Konami Computer Entertainment Osaka, Inc.

2. Reason for Change
   Current name of the company, KCEO Inc. will be changed to Konami Computer    
   Entertainment Osaka, Inc. to identify clearly itself as a member of the group
   to be well recognized by the investors and consumers while Konami Group as a 
   whole expands its business internationally.

3. Effective Date of Change
   June 28, 2001.

May 9, 2001, the Board of Directors of KCE Tokyo Inc, our subsidiary, resolved
to change its company name and ask for the approval at the Shareholders' Meeting
on June 28, 2001.

                     Change of Company Name

May 9, 2001, the Board of Directors of the company resolved to change its
company name to Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo, Inc. and ask for the
approval at the Shareholders' Meeting on June 28, 2001.

The details are as follows.

1. Company Name after Change
   Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo, Inc.

2. Reason for Change
   Current name of the company KCE Tokyo Inc. will be changed to Konami Computer
   Entertainment Tokyo, Inc. to identify clearly itself as a member of the group
   to be well recognised by the investors and consumers while Konami Group as a 
   whole expands its business internationally.

3. Effective Date of Change
   August 1, 2001
