Konami Corporation hereby notifies that it has resolved, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 19,
2002, to file applications for delisting of our shares with Osaka Securities Exchange.

Our shares have been heretofore traded on Tokyo Stock Exchange and Osaka Securities Exchange in Japan.  However, we
have resolved to file applications for delisting with Osaka Securities Exchange, considering it would have few impacts
on our shareholders and investors since amount of our shares traded on Osaka Securities Exchange have been immaterial.
