ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW SUBSIDIARY


We shall report establishment of a new subsidiary which is the 'specific
subsidiary' as defined in Japanese Securities and Exchange Law.

Address: 2-1-1 Nishi-Shinjyuku, Shinjyuku-ku, Tokyo 
Representative: Mamoru Ota, Chairman
                Shinichi Furukawa, President
Paid-in capital: 700,000,000 yen
Principal businesses: Sale and rental of consumer-use software and  hardware, 
                      digital contents and amusement machines for amusement   
                      centers, and other businesses.

Number of holding shares: 14,000 shares
Proportion to the total shares issued: 100%
