 The number of new shares increased by the 2-for-1 stock split, which was not
confirmed on the Board of Directors meeting dated February 8, 2000, is
confirmed as follows:

Number of new shares:               56,868,783 shares
Number of shares outstanding:       56,868,783 shares
Splitting method:       The shareholders, who are recorded in the shareholders
list closed on Friday, March 31, 2000 and the actual shareholders list shall
receive 1 stock for each outstanding stock they own.

on April 6th, 2000.
