2023 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Kooth, a global leader in youth digital mental well-being, announces that its 2023 Annual Report has been published and can be found on the Group's website (investors.kooth.com). The Annual Report will be sent to those shareholders who have requested physical copies in due course.
The 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD on Tuesday 18 June at 11:00 a.m. Materials relating to the AGM will in due course be posted to shareholders requiring physical copies and has been published on the Group's website.
