KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM.L) the technology and software investment company, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets, announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at the offices of finnCap, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on 5 May 2022 at 10.30 a.m.
