KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets, announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at the offices of finnCap Ltd at 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ on 28 June 2019 at 10.00 a.m.
