Update re Annual Results (Change of Date)

Further to the trading update made on 31 January 2022 in which the Company confirmed that Full Year Results for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("FY2021") would be announced on 2 March 2022, the Board wish to make the following update.

Following agreement with and at the request of its auditor, BDO LLP, the Group now intends to announce its results for FY2021 on 23 March 2022.  The change in date is due to the ambitious timetable set by KRM22 to release its results and resource constraints of the Company's auditor to achieve this timetable.
