KSK Power Ventur plc ('the Company'), the innovative developer of private power
projects in India, today announces that its non-executive director, Mike Kirk,
has resigned with immediate effect. The Company anticipates making a further
announcement on the strengthening of the Board presently.
S. Kishore, Executive Director, said: 'We would like to thank Mike for all his
help and particularly for his hard work on our recent flotation on the London
Stock Exchange. We wish Mike well for the future.'
Mike Kirk said: 'Having helped the company through its flotation, I concluded
that the Company's location, together with my other UK commitments prevent me
from making a significant contribution and I felt I should therefore resign. I
wish the Company every success in the future.'
