Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 82,090 Ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.



It is expected admission will be granted on 28 April 2004 and that trading will
commence on 29 April 2004.



These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options under
the Land Securites Savings Related Share Option Scheme (1,090) and the Land
Securities Executive Share Option Scheme (81,000) and will rank pari passu with
the existing issued ordinary shares.
