Appointment of Non-executive Director and Committee Change

Landsec announces the appointment of Miles Roberts as a new independent Non-executive Director.  Miles will join the Board with effect from 19 September 2022.  Miles will also be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee (the "Committee") to replace Christophe Evain who will step down as a member of the Committee from the same date, 19 September 2022.

Miles is currently Group Chief Executive of DS Smith plc, the multinational provider of sustainable packaging solutions, paper products and recycling services, listed on the London Stock Exchange.  Miles, who originally trained as a structural engineer has significant experience as a chief executive and has held a number of non-executive roles.
